隔膜式罐底閥應(yīng)用于制藥、生物、精細(xì)化工、食品等潔凈行業(yè)的反應(yīng)容器排料使用，該閥具有排放物料無死角、無殘留、無泄漏、密封性能好等優(yōu)點。容器在使用攪拌器時，攪拌器在開啟時底部物料能充分隨水流轉(zhuǎn)動使物料攪拌均勻，該閥采用35度安裝方位可使物料排放有自凈功能，在空間上使設(shè)備檢修更加方便。閥內(nèi)采用鏡面拋光粗糙度為0.2-0.45μm，閥門使用更加潔凈。
